How To Say No Respectfully!

Today's topic is dealing with saying no to our jobs. We all know saying no sometimes can be a hard thing to do especially in the nursing community. There is always a fear of saying no to working more and having management retaliate against you. This year we not caring about them we taking care of us, so here are two simple ways to say no respectfully:

Suggest someone else: " I can't do it that right now, but (name) may be able to come in and help.'

Use a Formal Tone: " Regrettably, I must decline your request at this time."
