Hey y'all! So this week we have went over how to manage stress in the work place, now it's time to take some much needed rest. The weekend is for you to rest, relax and recharge the body that God has given you. The main thing to do this week is take some one on one me time with God.

Some Examples:

If your a reader grab your bible and just sit and wait, give Him the time He needs to recharge you as you have Campfire Cuddles burning in the background.

If music is your thing, put on your favorite play list and let the atmosphere change and recharge you.
